Living in the Flow: Part 1

Blog 1 of 7

I would love to share a little bit about the book that I wrote which may be useful to people who maybe haven’t read it, or had access to it. ‘Living in the Flow’ is a guide to discovering your purpose and your value in this world. And if you do know your life purpose, it is still a valuable read because it’s really about understanding what your value is and how do you make use of that value and to export that value out into the world, to then add value to others.

There are two parts to the book – Part One and Part Two. Part One is called your ‘Highest Priority’. What do I mean by that? As Woody Allen says in his quote, “If you want to make God laugh, tell him your plans”. This is very true. When I was in my twenties, I was really making self-indulgent plans; I was ambitious about achieving goals for my own benefit and acquiring lots of things. If you take a bigger picture view, they really are very trivial.

This is what came to me and I wanted to share it with you: ‘What are your true highest priorities if you want to live a happy and fulfilling life’? I can tell you it’s less about acquiring things or achieving things. It’s more about the following three highest priorities. I’ll give you a quick overview and then I’ll explain more of each of these in subsequent blogs/videos.

The first highest priority is to have an awareness of your constant connection to Source energy because you’re always connected; in fact, you are a physical extension of Source energy. The second highest priority which should be your most important goal in life is finding your life’s purpose. The third-highest priority is to develop your intuition. The single most important skill you can develop, (and we all have intuition, whether we use it, trust it or not), it’s really our obligation to develop our intuition. Now when all these three priorities are in play, what you will get are some overlaps. When you are aware of your connections to source and you’ve found your life purpose, you then live ‘on purpose’. This is about being intentional in your life, and doing things for a specific reason, and to answer a very important question ‘Why you were born’.

There is that famous saying, “The two most important days in your life are the day you were born and the day you know why – that’s living on purpose. Then when you know your life purpose, and you have developed your intuition, you then are guided through life – that’s living a guided life. That’s a fabulous chapter in the book. When we can tap into this, life really becomes much easier. It’s effortless because we know the difference between the right choice and the wrong choice, what decisions to take and what path to take in life to get us on the right road. Then if we are aware of our connection to Source energy, and we have developed our intuition, then we live with Faith. This is the power principle of all time. Faith my friends is the opposite of fear. So, living with faith is something you can learn, and with your awareness of your connection to Source, and using your intuition, this is where it plays out. When all these six conditions are apparent in your life at the same time, that’s what I call Living in the Flow.

In the next video, I’ll explain a bit more about the next chapter. Otherwise, my friends, have a wonderful day and God bless.
